Ponçage entre les anneaux de croissance pour un effet côtelé et organique. Riches couleurs rosées et ivoires. Séquoia Erosion technique. J'ai continué à regarde ce morceau de bois en pensant à ce qu'il cachait.. L'accident de scier au milieu d'une branche interne me disait de capitaliser sur ma bonne chance. La point ivoire m'a convaincu d'éssayer une plume ou une fronde. Voila le résultat.

Wood sculpture (sequoia)
I looked at this piece of wood long and hard before I decided to try and find what was hiding under its surface. The great good fortune I had to saw exactly down the middle of an internal branch told me to capitalise on this happy accident. (Here at jawood, we love happy accidents!) It was the ivory point that said try a feather or a frond. Et Voila! Once again; use of the emanating tree rings guiding the sanding process.
